If it is necessary due to an emergency that additional messages be sent within the time period specified for the account in the pricing system, the moderator should first obtain prior approval from the postmaster, pmg@dnet.net. Abuse of the designated pricing system will result in an automatic price increase to the next tier.

Requirements:

  1. Only you (the moderator) can send mail to your list. You may allow others (posters) to send messages but only the Moderator will get the message. The moderator can then approve the message to be sent to the list or block messages deemed inappropriate.
  2. In order to use Dnet’s Email Distribution List your lists must be on an “Opt-In” basis only. You must agree not send unsolicited e-mails and agree that the email list is NOT available to anyone other than the list posters/moderator. You cannot sell or distribute any email address on your list.
  3. Requests to unsubscribe must be honored within two business days. We are capable and will monitor the transactions to ensure that unsubscribe requests are honored. Failure to comply with unsubscribe requests will result in termination of services.
  4. Messages must include a mandatory trailer including information on how to unsubscribe from the list. Custom message headers and trailers are available at an additional fee.
  5. We can maintain your list for you at a reasonable rate. ($25.00 per instance-must be in text file one address per line.)
  6. All postings must adhere to Dnet’s Family Friendly policies.
  7. There is a limit of four posters for each list. The Posters email address must be an address within the domain.
  8. The domain must be hosted by Dnet Internet Services.
